Mary (Eisenbacher) Paganini 1943-2001

  Mary Jeanne Eisenbacher Paganini, 57, died, June 17, 2001, after being ill for several years with cancer.

  A Funeral Mass for her was celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 22, at the St. Michael's Catholic Church at Wheaton, Illinois. Burial was in the church cemetery. Casket bearers were Jim and John Eisenbacher, Steve Lappe, Terry Krout, Al Goranson and David Smith.

  A daughter of Vincent and Dorothy Smith Eisenbacher, Mary Jeanne was born, July 24, 1943, at Wesley, in Kossuth County, Iowa. She was married to Richard Paganini on December 20, 1971, in Illinois. They had lived in Wading River, New York, for the past 25 years. Mary Jeanne had taught school.

  She enjoyed reading, gardening and yard sales.

  Mrs. Paganini is survived by her husband, Richard and three step-children, Richard, Annye Malberg and David, all of Wheaton, Illinois, and several step-grandchildren.

  Also surviving are her father, Vincent Eisenbacher; and brothers and sisters, Jim and Shirley Eisenbacher of Phoenix, Arizona, Rita and Al Goranson of Mason City, Jane and Terry Krout of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, John Eisenbacher of Waterloo, Linda and Dennis Oleson of Dows, Iowa, Judy and Mike Jeppesen of Pillager, Minnesota, Teresa and Steve Lappe of Wesley and Ann and Ron Kloempken of Chanhassen, Minnesota; and nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Her mother died in January of 1965.

Jeanette M. Steffa 1917-2001

  Memorial services were held for Jeanette M. Steffa, 84, of St. David, Arizona, formerly of Humboldt, Wednesday, June 20, at the Richardon's Remembrance Center in Benson, Arizona.

  She died Thursday, June 17, 2001, at the Quiburi Mission Samaritan Center in Benson, Arizona. The Rev. Carl Dittemore of the First Baptist Church of St. David, Arizona, officiated at the service.

  Jeanette Margaret Davids was born March 2, 1917, to Harm and Margaret Davids of German Township, Grundy Center. She was married to Clarence Steffa in September of 1937 in Hampton. They resided in Humboldt until 1979 when they moved to St. David, Arizona.

  She is survived by her husband, Clarence; her children, Donald of Phoenix, Arizona, Raymond and Kathy of Salida, Colorado, Janet Santigati of Phoenix, Arizona, Lois Ann of St. David Arizona, Sharon and David Vestweber of Clear Lake and Gary and Tammy of Glendale, Arizona; 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Clarence Davids of Lakewood Colorado; three sisters, Billie and Harold Culver of Sheffield, Gladys Floy of Thornton and Doris and Ken Ashland of Spirit Lake; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

  She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, niece, nephew, and a brother.
