THOMPSON - Delbert D. Johnson, 71, of Thompson, died Thursday (May 30, 2002) at his home.
His funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday at First Baptist Church in Forest City, with the Revs. Bill Damberg and Doug Domokos officiating. Burial will be in Madison Township Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Sunday at the Petersen Lund Funeral Home, 505 N. Clark St. in Forest City, and will continue one hour before services at the church.

RUTH E. (PENNEY) ARNOLD
LITTLE CEDAR - Ruth Arnold, 75, longtime resident of Mason City, and formerly of Little Cedar, died Thursday (May 30, 2002) at the Faith Lutheran Home in Osage.
She was born June 18, 1926, in Little Cedar, the daughter of Clinton "Joe" and Thelma (McPhail) Penney. Ruth graduated from Little Cedar High School in 1943, and then received her teaching degree from Luther College in Decorah.
She taught elementary school for various school districts throughout South Dakota, Minnesota and Iowa. She began her teaching career in a rural school in Mitchell County. From there she taught for a number of years in Lansing and Osage.
She continued her career teaching in Sioux Falls, S.D., and Richfield, Minn., before moving to Mason City. She was an active supporter of the school and college activities that her children were involved in.
Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at the Little Cedar United Methodist Church in Little Cedar, with the Rev. Robert W. Lemmermann officiating. Interment will be in the Little Cedar Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage and one hour before services at the church.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Fankell and her husband, Bill, of Des Moines, and Penny Arnold, of Des Moines; one son, Mark Arnold, of Spokane, Wash.; and one sister, Maxine McSweeney and her husband, Bob, of Osage.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Dean and Rex Penney.

GARNER - Hazel E. Burgart, 78, of Garner, died Thursday (May 30, 2002) at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City.

CHARLES CITY - Floyd C. Bier, 100, formerly of 308 Second Ave., Charles City, died Saturday (June 1, 2002) at Riverside Chautauqua Guest Home.
His funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church. Officiating will be the Rev. Dennis Niezwaag. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery.

LAKE MILLS - Sylvia Iverson, 82, of Lake Mills, died Saturday (June 1, 2002) at the Lake Mills Care Center.

Sylvia Elvina Iverson, the daughter of Oliver and Ella (Holtan) Gudmonson, was born Oct. 26, 1919, in Winnebago County. She attended rural schools and graduated from Leland High School in 1938.
Sylvia married Maynard Iverson on Feb. 4, 1956, at North Prairie Lutheran Church. They farmed in rural Leland until 1990. They continued to live on the farm until moving to Lake Mills in July 2000, when Sylvia entered the Lake Mills Care Center.
She is survived by her husband, Maynard, of Lake Mills; her daughter, Marsha and son-in-law, Blair Hansen, of Des Moines; one brother, Vernon Gudmonson and his wife, Betty, of Lake Mills; one sister-in-law, Ethel Gudmonson, of Forest City; and several nieces and nephews.
Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Kay; and her brother, Martin.

HARLAN "BUTCH" LARSON
JOICE - Harlan J. "Butch" Larson, 71, of Joice, died Wednesday (May 29, 2002) at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester, Minn.
His funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Bethany Lutheran Church in Joice, with the Rev. Bill Peters officiating. Burial will be at Concordia Cemetery in Joice.
Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Mittelstadt Funeral Home in Lake Mills and again one hour before the service at the church.
Harlan J. "Butch" Larson was born May 9, 1931, to Joe and Gardia (Twenge) Larson, on a farm east of Joice. He attended country school and graduated from Joice High School in 1949.
He married Darlene Aasland in 1952. They made their home on the family farm where he was born until moving into Joice a few years later.
Butch is survived by family members Joe and Sheri Larson of Minneapolis, Minn., Gary and Pam Larson of Mason City, Brad and Kim Larson of Iowa City, Bryan Larson of Davenport, Lynda and Brian Thomas of Davenport, Darlene Larson of Davenport; seven grandchildren; two nephews; and one sister, Mary Lou and Sam Poulos of Mason City.
Butch was preceded in death by his mother, Gardia, and his father, Joseph.
The family would like to thank Butch's friends who helped him during various illnesses the last few years and, especially, Veronica Peterson, who provided in-home care for him.

CLEAR LAKE - Elaine Gettman, 86, of Clear Lake, died Friday (May 31, 2002) at Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit.
Her funeral will be held 1:30 p.m. Monday, at the First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Douglas Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. today at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania in Mason City, and will continue one hour before the service at the church on Monday.
Memorials may be directed to the Elaine Gettman Memorial Fund.
Elaine Gettman was born July 11, 1915, in Grundy County, the daughter of Henry and Martha (Engelkes) Smit. She attended Grundy County country schools.
Elaine was united in marriage to Fred Crouse in 1939, in Northwood. Fred's work took the family to several towns and states before making their home in Clear Lake. He died in 1973. Following his death, she owned and operated the Coffee Shop in Clear Lake for a couple of years before working at Sperry. She worked at Sperry in Clear Lake for five years as a quality control inspector.
She was united in marriage to Robert Gettman, in Pine Island, Fla., in 1992. They enjoyed nearly ten wonderful years together. They enjoyed trout fishing together. She also enjoyed gardening and collecting frogs. Her collection includes hundreds of frogs in all shapes and sizes.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church and will be remembered as a truly incredible wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Robert Gettman, of Clear Lake; daughters, Gloria Beeman and husband, Gene, of Fertile, and Kemlyn Belden, of Ontario, Calif.; grandchildren, Holly, Nicholas, Kristin, Kelly and Kent; great-grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob, JJ, Lewis, Max, Luke, Nick and Jacob; sister, Grace Groves of St. Petersburg, Fla.; half- sisters, Alma Ostrander of Clear Lake and Carol Mueller of Swaledale; and numerous additional family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Fred; daughter, Linda Crouse; sister, Florence Berfield; brother, Marvin Smit; and half brothers, Merle and Gerald Smit.

GARNER - Hazel E. Burgart, 78, of Garner, died Thursday (May 30, 2002) at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.

Hazel Elizabeth Burgart, the daughter of Bud and Georgia (Belle) Hull, was born May 9, 1924, at Garner. She attended school in Garner.
Hazel lived in Garner, where she raised her children and worked as a waitress at Hull's Café and the Longhorn Café for 55 years.
On July 14, 1969, she was married to Elmer Burgart at Canton, S.D. Elmer passed away in 1987.
Hazel enjoyed spending her time having coffee with her friends, Louise, Helen, Ruby and Dewey. She loved her family and especially her job as a waitress.
She is survived by her six children, Nancy Carbajal of Garner, Violet Huerta and her husband, Bill, of Stockton, Calif., James Ward and his wife, Marge, of Mason City, David Ward and his wife, Sue, of Omaha, Neb., Kathy Smith, of Garner, and Barbara Witt and her husband, Scott, of Kanawha; 23 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and many dear nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her beloved father and mother, Bud and Georgia Hull; her cherished children, Edward and Robert Ward; her husband, Elmer; two brothers, Benny and LeRoy Hull; and a sister, Irene Daniels.

Delbert Dean Johnson, the son of Ole and Marie (Schmid) Johnson, was born March 20, 1931, on a farm northwest of Forest City. He was baptized and confirmed at Linden Lutheran Church near Thompson. He graduated from Thompson High School in 1948.
On Jan. 18, 1951, he married Mavis Brue at the Little Brown Church in Nashua. They lived and farmed near Thompson in Linden Township, Winnebago County.
Delbert accepted Jesus Christ as his savior on June 23, 1958. He was a very loving, patient and caring man. His children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren were a very important part of his life and he was a very important and influential part of their lives as well. He will be greatly missed.
Recently he was attending First Baptist Church in Forest City and had been a member of Linden Lutheran Church, where he served as deacon and treasurer for several years.
Delbert is survived by his wife, Mavis, of Thompson; three daughters, Sheryl Kingland and her husband, Tom, of Lake Mills, Valerie Lackore and her husband, Brian, of Forest City and LaDonna Rider and her husband, Andy, of Belle Plaine, Minn; seven grandchildren, Amy Woodward and her husband, Brad, Melissa Lackore, Jeff Kingland and his wife, Tara, Andy Rider and his fiancé Christa Peterson, Justin Lackore, Jason Rider and his fiancé, Dana Longman and Jennifer Rider; four great-grandchildren, Haily, Kristine and Natalie Kingland and Samantha Woodward; a sister, Gladys Lodin and her husband, Arnold "Red", of Kanawha; two brothers, Floyd Johnson and his wife, Betty, of Thompson and Donald Johnson and his wife, Judie, of Prescott, Wis; a sister-in-law, Elaine Hetland of Deering, N. Dak.; a brother-in-law, LaVerne Brue of Buffalo Center; a sister-in-law, Joan Sunde, and her husband, Dean, of Buffalo Center; along with many nieces and nephews.

SARA SIMERSON MURRAY
BELMOND - Sara Simerson Murray, 61, of San Francisco, Calif., formerly of Belmond, passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2002, at the Azienda Sanitaria Delle Zone Siena in Montepulciano, Italy.
The funeral for Sara Simerson Murray will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Belmond, with Pastor Rod Hopp and Pastor Lowell Halvorson officiating. Burial will take place in the Belmond Cemetery.
Visitation for Sara Simerson Murray will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the Dugger Ewing Funeral Home in Belmond, and one hour before services on Monday at the church.

Sara, the daughter of Harold Chester and Marjorie Ingrid (Lien) Simerson, was born Sept. 18, 1940, at the Simerson home. Sara was baptized at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Kanawha and confirmed at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Belmond.
She attended the Belmond schools and graduated from high school with the class of 1958. Sara majored in vocational home economics and graduated from St. Olaf Collage in 1962.
After one year of teaching home economics at Clear Lake High School, she married David J. Trygstad on Aug. 17, 1963, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Belmond. The couple lived in California, Arizona and Louisiana, before moving to Sioux Falls, S.D., in 1969.
Sara then taught at the new Lincoln High School in Sioux Falls and discovered she was pregnant. Their daughter, Tanja Liv, was born prematurely and died Dec. 22, 1967. Sara and David would later adopt two children, Sabina and Christopher.
Sara and David then moved to Pipestone, Minn., where she taught senior high and middle school home economics. Sara and David divorced in 1979.
On Aug. 27, 1982, Sara married Laurence William Murray at Hope Lutheran Church in San Mateo, Calif. The couple made their home in Benica, Calif., and later moved to the San Francisco area.
Sara and Laurence enjoyed traveling and have traveled extensively.
Sara was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in San Francisco.
Sara is survived by her husband, Laurence William Murray, of San Francisco, Calif.; daughter, Sabina Dawn Trygstad, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; son, Christopher Cory Trygstad and his wife, Becky, of Springfield, Ill.; grandchild, Dakota Mystic Trygstad, of Springfield, Ill.; stepchildren, Brenda Murray, Jenny Murray and Laurie Murray; stepgrandchildren, Zachary, Laurisa, Beau and Thomas; and sister, Sandra Simerson Nelson of Belmond.
Sara was preceded in death by her parents, Harold C. and Marjorie Lien Simerson; and one daughter, Tanja Liv Trygstad.

Floyd was born in Greene, on August 16, 1901, one of two sons to Charles and Alice (Bicknese) Bier. He received his high school diploma there in 1921.
Floyd was employed as a lineman for AT&T. When the war broke out he joined the Navy from 1942 until 1945. He honorably served his country on LST landing craft in the South Pacific and later worked in the port director's office at the Panama Canal. After his discharge he worked for the Oliver Plant in construction and maintenance until his retirement in 1966.
Floyd was united in marriage to Marie E. Schwab on June 5, 1937, at Cambridge, Ill. The marriage lasted 64 years until Marie's death. They traveled extensively throughout the United States, but one of their fondest trips was to the Holy Land. They both enjoyed fishing for salmon and trout, playing cards, and square dancing. Their favorite times of year were Thanksgiving and Christmas when they could spend the holidays with their family. In later years they wintered in Texas, Florida and Arizona. Floyd was a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Floyd is survived by his niece, Gloria Ann, and her husband, Jim DeGroote, of Shell Rock; two nephews, Larry and his wife, Alice Schwab, of Allison, Allen and his wife, Dorothy A. Schwab, of Shell Rock; a sister-in-law, Dorothy B. Schwab, of Shell Rock; and a special son and daughter, Leonard and Eleanor Bornstein, of Charles City; also several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Marie on March 14, 2002; and one brother, Carlton Bier.

PHYLLIS J. BOEHNKE
MESA, Ariz. - Phyllis J. Boehnke (nee Warriner) daughter of Howard B. and Lillian Warriner (nee Van Duren), formerly of Ventura, was born Jan. 3, 1933, in Greenwood, N.Y. Phyllis entered her Heavenly Home Friday (May 31, 2002).
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. John's Lutheran Church, in rural Garner, with the Rev. Carl Hedberg officiating. Interment will be at St. John's Cemetery in rural Garner.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Phyllis was baptized on June 27, 1937, by her grandfather, the Rev. Peter Van Duren. She graduated from Canisteo Central School, Canisteo, N.Y. She served her country with the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict from Feb. 15, 1952 until Jan. 8, 1954.
Phyllis and Clarence Boehnke were married Oct. 4, 1953, in Minneapolis, Minn. Upon being discharged from the military, they moved to Iowa where they farmed northeast of Ventura. In 1961 they moved to Mesa, Ariz. In 1976 her husband's occupation took them to Rapid City, S.D., and upon her husband's retirement, they returned to Arizona. They have resided at 8126 East Monte Ave., Mesa AZ 85208.
One of her joys in life was working with children and sharing the love of Jesus Christ through Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and childcare.
Phyllis is survived by her husband, Clarence Boehnke, Mesa, Ariz.; two children, Gary Boehnke and his wife, Katy Hawker, of St. Louis, Mo.; Cindy Wood and her husband, John Wood, of Chandler, Ariz.; five grandchildren Josh, Chad, and Sarah Wood, Winona and Micah Hawker-Boehnke; five brothers, David Warriner and his wife, Alice Jean, of Greenwood, N.Y., Edmond Warriner and his wife, Lois, Canisteo, N.Y., Howard Warriner and his wife, Arret, of Arkport, N.Y., John Warriner and his wife, Marilyn, of Greenwood, N.Y., and Richard Warriner and his wife, Lorraine, Greenwood, N.Y.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents.

HUMBOLDT - Nora S. Hefty, 92, of Humboldt, passed away on Saturday (June 1, 2002) at the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. today at the Zion Lutheran Church in Humboldt, with the Rev. J.K. Raether and the Rev. Richard Merrill officiating. Burial will be in the LuVerne Cemetery in LuVerne.
Visitation was held on Monday at the Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt.
Mrs. Hefty is survived by her daughter, Jane Billings, of Mason City; son, Dennis Hefty, of Renwick; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and a sister, Elsie Fittje, of Columbus, Neb.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John J. Hefty; daughter, Norma Jean Fuhr; and granddaughter, Cheryl Fuhr.
Nora Sybilla Hoesly, the daughter of Sam and Martha (Streblow) Hoesly, was born Aug. 16, 1909, at Creston, Neb. She was baptized on Oct. 16, 1909, at St. Peter Lutheran Church and received her education in country schools in the Creston area. Following her education she helped on the family farm.
On March 4, 1935, she was united in marriage to John J. Hefty at Creston, Neb. The couple made their home on a farm two miles north of Renwick until moving to the Hefty family farm. The couple retired in 1984 and made their home in Humboldt. Mr. Hefty passed away in 1992, and she continued to maintain her home in Humboldt until her death.
RAYNOLD L. KINSETH JR.
SIMI VALLEY, Calif. - Raynold L. Kinseth Jr., 78, passed away Sunday (May 12, 2002) in Simi Valley, Calif., following a courageous one-and-a-half-year battle with cancer. He was the older of two children.
He graduated from Belmond High School. He always loved his hometown of Belmond, where he was born on May 4, 1924. He also enjoyed his home for more than 30 years in Simi Valley, Calif.
He retired in 1985 from Dravo Corporation International as an Administration/Finance Consultant for overseas construction projects. During his years with Dravo, Ray enjoyed living in many countries and was involved with mining projects in Chile, Canada, Indonesia, Mexico, Singapore and Australia.
In addition to his work, Ray enjoyed golfing, wood-working and seeing the world.
He was an active member of the 89th Division Veterans Organization of World War II. He proudly served in the Army under Gen. George S. Patton during World War II before attending college, where he graduated with a degree in business administration.
He was recalled from the Army Reserves during the Korean War and his wartime was served in Battle Creek, Mich.
He was a devoted and loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
Ray is survived by his wife, Virginia, of 55 years; daughter, Mallory Wolter, of Simi Valley, Calif.; grandson, Noah Wolter and his wife, April, and their daughter, Ashley, of Belmond, Iowa; sister, Luann Hohbein, of Beatrice, Neb. and her family, as well as cousins and his many friends from around the world.
Assisting the family with arrangements was Reardon Simi Valley Mortuary where a special memorial service was held on May 18, 2002.
Private interment will be at Belmond Memorial Cemetery.

ROSENBERG, Texas - Edna Mae Szymeczek, 76, of Rosenberg, Texas, formerly of Mason City, Iowa, died Saturday (May 11, 2002) in Richmond, Texas.
Memorial services were held on May 15, 2002, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Rosenberg, Texas, with the Rev. Wayne Schueler officiating.
Inurment will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday at the Elmwood Cemetery in Mason City, with the Rev. Daird Korth officiating.
Friends may gather to greet the family at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Mason City, following the inurnment.
Edna Mae Spencer was born Nov. 25, 1925, in San Benito, Texas and received her education in Rockport, Texas.
On Oct. 3, 1944, she married George Michael Szymeczek in Rockport, Texas. While living in Mason City, Edna was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church. She worked for United Home Bank for 20 years and continued her banking career after moving to Texas in 1976 until retiring in 1992.
Edna enjoyed traveling, cooking, painting ceramics and time with her family.
Edna is survived by her husband, George Szymeczek, Rosenberg, Texas; and three children, Georgia Luker and her husband, Rohn, of Mason City, Vicki Humburg and her husband, Dale, of Columbia, Mo., and George Szymeczek II and his wife, Kelly, of Missouri City, Texas; grandchildren, Wendy Luker, Daren Luker and his wife, Pam, Carrie Humburg, Lacy Humburg, Lacy Humburg and Taylor Szymeczek; great-grandchildren, Sterling Cage and Hailey Luker; brothers, Lowery Spencer Jr., Roy Spencer and his wife, Martha, Herman Spencer, and James Spencer.
Edna was preceded in death by her parents, Lowery and Lottie Spencer; and two sisters.

LAKE MILLS - Funeral services for Sylvia Iverson, 82, of Lake Mills, will be held at 2 p.m. today at North Prairie Lutheran Church in rural Lake Mills, with the Rev. Randy Baldwin officiating. Burial will be at North Prairie Cemetery.

Sylvia Elvina Iverson, daughter of Oliver and Ella (Holtan) Gudmonson, was born Oct. 26, 1919, in Winnebago County, Iowa. She was baptized and confirmed at Winnebago Lutheran Church. She attended rural schools and graduated from Leland High School in 1938.
Sylvia married Maynard Iverson on Feb. 4, 1956, at North Prairie Lutheran Church. She enjoyed being a wife and mother. She also enjoyed sewing, gardening, canning and baking.
She was an active member of the North Prairie Lutheran Church. Over the years she made many quilts and layettes for Lutheran World Relief. She was also a 4-H leader for the Newton Neighbors 4-H Club. Sylvia was a Minnesota Twins and Vikings fan.
Sylvia and Maynard farmed in rural Leland until 1988. They continued to live on the farm until moving to Lake Mills in July of 2000. Sylvia entered the Lake Mills Care Center in July, 2000. Sylvia passed away at the Care Center on Saturday (June 1, 2002) at the Care Center.
She is survived by her husband, Maynard, of Lake Mills; her daughter Marsha and son-in-law, Blair Hansen, of Des Moines; one brother, Vernon Gudmonson and his wife, Betty, of Lake Mills; one sister-in-law, Ethel Gudmonson, of Forest City; and several nieces and nephews.
Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Kay; and one brother, Marlyn.

BELMOND - Engle Fekkers, 90, of Belmond, passed away Sunday (June 2, 2002,) at the Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City.
Funeral services for Engle Fekkers will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Bethany Reformed Church in Belmond, with Pastor Herm Gruis officiating. Burial will take place in the Immanuel Reformed Church Cemetery near Belmond.
Visitation for Engle Fekkers will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Dugger Ewing Funeral Home, 111 Luick Lane S., and will continue one hour prior to services at the church.
Engle, the son of Henry and Gertrude (Gerdes) Fekkers, was born Sept. 9, 1911, in Franklin County. He attended country schools. Engle began working as a farmhand at the age of sixteen.
On Jan. 11, 1936, he was united in marriage to Reka Pals at the Meservey parsonage with Rev. Kampman officiating. The couple made their home on the farm near Meservey until 1963 when they moved to Belmond.
After moving to Belmond, Engle kept busy by helping his son, Roger, farm. He also had a lawn mowing service. Engle loved to mow, enjoyed fishing, and watching Westerns on television.
Engle was a member of the Bethany Reformed Church in Belmond.
Engle is survived by his son, Roger Fekkers and his wife, Janice, of Belmond; six grandchildren, Jody Knight and her husband, Jess, of California; Jenee Sprau and her husband, Scott, of Meservey, Brett Lage and his wife, Sue, of Meservey, Kim Stromer and her husband, Dave, of Garner; Tiffany Smith and her husband, Gary, of Urbandale; Todd Fekkers and his wife, Jeri, of Meservey; 15 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marie Timm, of Sheffield.

Cecil was born to Charles and Minnie Opkis in Mason City on Oct. 28, 1926. She later married Clyde Terrance and together they owned Cecil and Clyde's Café in Garner for 25 years. Later she was a cook at Garrigan High School in Algona. Clyde passed away in 1983. Cecil moved to St. James, Minn., in 1991.
Cecil enjoyed vegetable gardening, cooking and canning, crocheting, cross-stitching and fishing.
Cecil is survived by her son, Clyde and his wife, Denise Tarrence, of Sioux Falls, S.D., daughters Dorothy Jahnke, of Burt, Iowa, and Verla and her husband, Dave Wegener, of Ringsted, Iowa, son David and his wife, Donna Tarrence, of French Lick, Ind., and daughter, Janice Bettin, of Swea City, Iowa; 10 grandchildren; and companion, Ed Willock.
