Karlene Joyce (Koenen) Willemsen, 60, of Portland, Oregon,
died on Friday, February 1, 2008, the victim of a house
fire.
A service will be held
at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, February 8, at the Riverview
Cemetery. Another memorial service will be held on
Saturday, February 16, at 1:00 p.m., at the Zion
Reformed Church, rural Sheffield.
Emily's Cremation and Burial of Milwaukee, Oregon, is in
charge of the arrangements.

Rev. Robert F. Davies, 60, of Edgewood, died on Sunday,
February 3, 2008, at the Finley Hospital in Dubuque.
Visitation is planned
for Thursday, February 7, from 5-7:00 p.m., at the St.
Mark's Catholic Church, Edgewood. At 7:00 p.m. a K.C.
Rosary will be held, followed by a Scripture Service. A
Mass of Resurrection will be on Friday, February 8, at
10:30 a.m., at the St. Mark's Catholic Church in
Edgewood.
Visitation and Fellowship will also be held on Saturday,
February 9, from 9-11:30 a.m., at the St. Patrick's
Catholic Church in Hampton, with an 11:30 a.m. Rite of
Committal at the church, followed by burial in the
Hampton Cemetery.

Joseph E. Muhlenbruck, 63, of Bella Vista, Arkansas,
formerly of Urbandale, died on Monday, February 4, 2008, at
his home.
A Mass of Christian
Burial will be held on Saturday, February 9, at 1:00
p.m., at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church. A graveside
service will follow at 4:00 p.m., at the Humeston
Cemetery in Humeston. Memorials may be directed to the
Holy Trinity Catholic Church or the American Cancer
Society.

James Albert "Jim" Mutschler, 71, died on Tuesday, February
5, 2008, at the Dundy Hospital in Benkelman, Nebraska.
A memorial service
will be held on Friday, February 8, at 3:30 p.m., at the
Weidersphan Funeral Home in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Memorials
may be directed to the St. Peter's United Church of
Christ, Geneva, Iowa.

Harvey E. Swieter, 82, of rural Hampton, died on Tuesday,
February 5, 2008, at the Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa,
Mason City.
Visitation is planned
for Thursday, February 7, from 4-7:30 p.m., at the
Linn's Funeral Home Ackley Chapel. Funeral services will
be held on Friday, February 8, at 11:00 a.m., at the
Hitesville Gospel Hall, rural Aplington. Burial will be
in the St. Peter's Cemetery, rural Geneva.

Wilma Holmgaard, 87, of rural Ackley, died on Thursday,
February 7, 2008, at the Ellsworth Municipal Hospital in
Iowa Falls.
Visitation is planned
for Sunday, February 17, from 5-7:00 p.m., at the Linn's
Funeral Home Ackley Chapel. Funeral services will be
held on Monday, February 18, at 11:00 a.m., at the St.
John's United Church of Christ in Ackley. Burial will
be in the Oakwood Cemetery, Ackley.

United Methodist Church in Ackley, with inurnment in the
Hazel Green Cemetery, Ackley. The Sietsema Funeral Home
in Ackley was in charge of the arrangements.

Fern I. "Skippy" Miller, 74, formerly of Clear Lake, died on
Tuesday, February 19, 2008, at the Hampton Health Care
Center.

Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel in Clear Lake. Inurnment
will be in the Clear Lake Cemetery.
